Step of the Month:

This month, we'll show you how to do a step-touch. This is a very basic aerobics dance move and forms the basis of many other moves. You can simply read the description below, or buy my DVD and click on the steps section.

The Step Touch

Start with your feet together. Step to your right, placing your weight on your right foot. Now bring your left foot over to the right and just tap it (or touch) next to your right foot. DO NOT transfer your weight onto your left foot. Now step to your left, placing your weight on your left foot. Now bring the right over to the left and just tap it (or touch) next to your left foot. The pattern goes STEP touch, STEP touch.
