I spent a whole lot of my life in Perfection Procrastination. What's that, you ask? Perfection Procrastination is when you decide that you won't really live until you achieve perfection. For example: "When I lose weight, I'll teach aerobics." "When I am tan, I'll buy a new swimsuit." "When I look like Christy Brinkley, I'll start dating again." When I learned to stop procrastinating and waiting for perfection and started to live, I became a very happy woman. Are YOU engaging in Perfection Procrastination or PP for short? Well here is the problem with perfection procrastination. You will never be perfect. Sorry, but it is true. I say...SO WHAT? Life is short. Time is passing. I think you should start enjoying your life, start working out with me on my DVD, The Fat Chick Works Out, and join the Fat Chick Clique this VERY SECOND! By the way, some of you may be wondering if you have to be PHYSICALLY both fat and a chick to join the Fat Chick Clique.
